Thousands of dogs live homeless and neglected in the villages in eastern Slovakia. Thousands life of suffering we're trying to change by getting them adopted in Europe or by helping local families, when the dogs have one, to fulfill their needs and take care of them.
Our priority is to neuter sexually mature dogs to prevent new litters of puppies, rescuing dogs in urgent need and educate the population to improve the animal welfare in Slovakia.
Veterinary students, we work with veterinarians to provide apropriate veterinary care to these dogs, to vaccinate, microchipp, neuter them. The dogs live with foster families until they find their forever homes.
